I am a "double nickel" (55 years old) life "liver" who wants to share my life experiences with you so you can avoid some of the same pitfalls I fell into during my life's journey. I have changed careers more times than I care to count and I have become a professional at re-inventing myself. I have an undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University in Health Promotion and a Master' Degree from Gardner Webb University in Business Administration.
